TXA Brightening Ampoule for Enhanced Results

At SL Aesthetic, we believe that true skin transformation goes beyond the surface.

That’s why every PICO Laser session with us is complemented with our TXA Brightening Ampoule.

Formulated with 3% TXA Peptide (a refined derivative of Tranexamic Acid) and 5% Niacinamide, this advanced ampoule works in synergy with the laser to support clearer, brighter, and more even-toned skin.

Key Benefits:

How Anti-Pigment Pico Laser works

Anti-Pigment Pico Laser uses ultra-short picosecond laser beam that:

Effectively shatters pigmentation into its smallest possible fragments which will be naturally removed by your body.
Targets pigments without damaging the surrounding skin or tissue, ensuring a safe and successful treatment.

Our doctors are experienced in diagnosing and working with a wide range of skin conditions. This knowledge allows them to adjust the laser’s settings accordingly for your safety and treatment success.

Nano Laser vs Anti-Pigment Pico Laser

Anti-Pigment Pico Laser emits energy pulses more than 100 times faster than nanosecond lasers (like Q-Switch Laser), resulting in:

More laser beams firing simultaneously

Smaller fragments that your body can remove faster

Fewer treatment sessions to see results

Frequently Asked Questions

These pictures may only be viewed at the premises of the clinic as mandated by the Ministry of Health. Book an appointment today to see how Anti-Pigment Pico Laser will help resolve your skin issues.

The Anti-Pigment Pico Laser treatment is unsuitable in the following circumstances:

  • Patients with unrealistic expectations (eg. expecting to resolve all concerns in a single treatment)
  • Patients with a tendency to form keloid and hypertrophic scars
  • Prior ionising radiation to the area to be treated
  • Connective tissue diseases (i.e., collagenosis)
  • Recent deep chemical peel or dermabrasion (within 14 days)
  • Moderate to severe active acne (alternative laser treatments available)

Anti-Pigment Pico Lasers are very tolerable for most patients as the laser creates less heat, which results in less pain, skin irritation, and downtime for patients.

Many patients describe the treatment process to tiny warm pricks on the skin.

After the procedure, your skin may be flushed and become slightly sensitive or peeled, which is part of the healing process.

You’re advised to wear sunscreen daily and avoid excessive sun exposure for better results.

Yes. SL Aesthetic Clinic’s Anti-Pigment Pico Laser is a US FDA-approved and Korean-tested picosecond laser developed by WonTech, a prominent medical laser manufacturer in Korea.

There is minimal to no downtime which still depends on your daily activities following treatment. Appropriate hydration and sun protection are recommended post-procedure.

For optimal results, we recommend at least 6 months sessions with intervals of 2-4 weeks between each session. The number of sessions and frequency will depend on the individual’s skin conditions, and be advised by the doctor upon assessment.

We recommend avoiding makeup on the day of treatment and for the first 3 days afterward to ensure optimal results.

Pre-Treatment Instructions:

  • Ensure that you’re in a good state of health and not suffering from any bacterial, fungal or viral infection, especially that of the skin.
  • Always disclose your full medical history during consultation, including supplements and other medications you may be taking.
  • Inform the doctor at least a week before treatment if you have any history of Herpes Simplex (cold sores) on your face so that the appropriate medication can be prescribed to prevent an outbreak.
  • While pregnant ladies are free to enjoy this treatment, you must also inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning for pregnancy, or are breast-feeding.
  • Inform your doctor if you have other skin conditions (e.g., eczema, psoriasis) or have any unusual or allergic reactions to any ingredients or topicals.
  • Avoid any ablative lasers at least 4 weeks prior, and schedule your treatment at least 1 week ahead of a special event as the skin may take up to 7 days to fully heal from the laser.
  • After each treatment session, avoid prolonged sun exposure for the next 7 to 10 days.
  • Avoid tanning beds or tanning booths and sunlamps.
  • Continue to wash and moisturise your face with a gentle cleanser and moisturiser for the next few days. And always use sunscreen.
  • Do not use products that can cause irritation such as alcohol-based facial products, abrasive scrubs, and toners or products containing glycolic acids.

No, it is a myth that lasers thin your skin. This misconception is likely fuelled by ablative lasers that may cause temporary skin sensitivity, but even these strong lasers do not actually thin the skin. Pico lasers are non-ablative, and can in fact thicken your skin by increasing collagen and elastin production, which makes your skin firm, bouncy and radiant!

Our $88 Pico Laser session includes a consultation with the doctor, a diagnosis of your condition, a full laser treatment, and multiple laser modes (if necessary).

After the treatment, a TXA Brightening Ampoule is applied to enhance results.

We know how daunting it can be to commit to a laser package or pay the full price for a laser session, which will normally go up to the hundreds, especially if it is your first time trying out a new laser. Our $88 trial sessions are to allow patients to experience what a full laser treatment is like, and be comfortable with our clinic environment, service staff and doctors.

You will experience skin improvement after one session, but a single Pico Laser treatment is unlikely to fully resolve all skin concerns. For issues like deep pigmentation and enlarged pores, multiple sessions at regular intervals are needed for optimal and lasting results.

At SL Aesthetic Clinic, we prioritize safety, authenticity, and patient-centered care over sales-driven treatments.

Suitable – Treatments are recommended by doctors after proper assessment, not sales consultants. No pressure to commit to large packages.

Authentic – We use only genuine machines and are transparent about the number of laser shots, so you know exactly what you’re paying for.

Follow-up – Our medical and service teams provide meticulous aftercare.

Excellence – We stay at the forefront of evidence-based technology to deliver the best results.
